Paying for Educational Excellence

Does Colorado provide schools with the resources to ensure all children receive the quality education they need to grow and succeed in the 21st century? Many Coloradoans agree the answer is "no." During fall 2016, CSFP and Augenblick, Palaich & Associates (APA) are in the process of updating our Costing Out / Equity work.

The challenge: Meeting high expectations for students and schools requires thoughtful review of Colorado's school funding system.

What we're doing: Our project is intended to provide updated, detailed data on the true costs of supporting schools.

Our goal: We will give elected officials, educators and the public the information needed to make wise decisions on K-12 support.
