Reports compiled by Augenblick, Palaich and Associations (APA) and the Colorado School Finance Project. APA was selected by the Colorado Department of Education and the Colorado Department of Higher Education as per SB212 of 2008, Colorado's Achievement Plan for Kids (CAP4K), Section 22-7-1018 to perform the costing out analysis. The third and final Report is due October 2012.
